Let the dust fly!

This sketch, drawn by Deborah Carey, depicts the new brewery. Deb is the creative vision behind both our current facility and the new facility.
Completion of the new brewery is nearing the end! The construction is right on track as planned. The four Copper Brewing Kettles are in place, as well as the three miles of stainless steel piping. A 64 foot tall red barn houses the dozen stainless steel aging tanks, where Spotted Cow and the other beers will ferment. On Thursday November 15, 2007 the Brew Crew worked extremely hard to get the first batch of Spotted Cow brewed. Since then, there have been one to two brews made each day from the new plant.
The Administration Building, which houses offices, the Gift Shop, and the Tasting Room, is going up quickly. We recently moved our offices to this building. The Gift Shop and Tasting Room are still under construction. There are plans to open to the facility to the public in the Spring of 2009.
