Looking forward to seeing you again at this year's GABF. We'll stop by your table for samples throughout the night(s), AND definitely looking forward to making our way up to NG for another beer run sometime around the Holidays. Dan, you have yet to make a bad brew!

I was able to visit the Hilltop last week and it is the most beautiful showcase of a brewery I've ever seen. The miles of gleaming stainless set in a fairybook brewery that even has a special area dedicated to weiss beer fermentation is enough to make a beer geek/homebrewer like me giddy. Your hard work in planning out the new facility shines through and I wish you all the success in the world. Awesome.
I finally got a chance to try Stone Soup this week and like so many of your beers it displays a keen combination of balance, flavorfullness and drinkability.
Cheers!

Dan & Deb,
My wonderful wife introduced me to Belgian Red years ago, and it is still the most delicious drink I've had in my life. Well done! And just when I thought your "regular" beers couldn't get any better, I just picked up some Stone Soup and, well, OH MY! You folks are true artists. I consider myself lucky to be a Wisconsinite, if only for the opportunity to be a New Glarus drinker. (By the way, in case you didn't know, Bishop Robert Morlino of the Diocese of Madison is a Spotted Cow fan!)

I am normally not a fan of belgian ales or hefeweizens, but Stone Soup and Dancing Man Wheat are two of the best (if not the best) beers I've ever had.

I'm thankful that the Wisconsin border is only 10 minutes north of where I live. Spotted Cows and my summer favorite Totally Nakeds are never too far away.

Dan & Deb,
Thanks for the opportunity to tour your old an new facilities. As a business teacher, I really enjoyed learning of your history. We both enjoyed the beer! The experience made the five-hour (rt) drive worth it!

I believe that Alt is perhaps one the better beers I've tasted and shared. My wife has promised me a trip to tour the brewery this summer! Best wishes and keep up the excellent brewing.

Thank you all for your support! And we're so happy to hear that you enjoyed yourselves at the Grand Opening of Hilltop as much as we did! We will be having a couple more events at Hilltop later this year; Bounty of Green County; Meet Your Maker and Feast on the Hilltop (both are on September 12th). You can get more information on both of these on our 'Events' page. Hope to see you there! Cheers!!

Have been stopping in New Glarus for beer coming home from Madison last four years while daughter was at school. I will miss this now that she will be in Southern Illinois for her Masters. Will miss Coffee Stout, Cracked Wheat etc.
