Vintage 23
American Sour Ale honors old world traditions brewed with aged whole cone hops and raw wheat in our coolship vat. Then aged in oak tanks and finally bottle conditioned.
Champ du Blanc 23
Wisconsin Grape Ale spontaneously fermented on oak the winter of 22. Brewery estate grapes join the harvest of Davali Ridge Farm. Bottle fermented with champagne yeast in the Belgian tradition.
